Per Village Engineer, following Variances to be sought:

Side yard from 50’ to 36.6’

Max story from 2 to 4

Max height from 35’ to 48’

Impervious surface from 195,388 sq ft to 226,619.7 sq ft

Also 50% of site to be maintained open space or undeveloped green space according to 235-14.3 All the overlay districts need to be addressed at Planning Board Alfred A Fusco, Jr., P.E.
