PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PROPOSED LOCAL LAW

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of South Blooming Grove will hold a public hearing on proposed Local Law, a local law to amend the Village Code to repeal Local Law 1 of 2006 in order to separate the offices of Village Clerk and Treasurer.

The meeting will be held on Monday, XXXXXXXX at 7:01 p.m. The meeting will be held at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.

The Village Board of Trustees will hear all persons interested in the subject of the proposed local law at the above time and place. Persons may appear in person or by agent. The Village Board at or prior to the public hearing must receive all written communications addressed to the Village Board in connection with the proposed local law. Public participation will be limited to 3 minutes for each individual. Copies of the proposed local law maybe obtained by contacting the Village Clerk at 845-782-2600.

The Village of South Blooming Grove will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance should contact the Village Clerk.
